Energy Healing
Healing energies of Reiki, Golden Dragon, Seichem and Ashati are channeled to send positive energy into the body, balance chakras, heal emotional trauma, release energy chord attachments and karmic ties, raise your vibrational frequency, healing to the physical body (including health conditions), soul rescue and situational healing e.g. relationship breakdown, personal and career related.
Clients can expect hands on touch during the session and use of tuning forks on the body for vibrational sound healing.
Clients can also expect during the session to fall asleep, be in a meditative state, experience some energy flow through the body in the form of limb movements or air flow through the mouth.
Palma will provide energetic feedback after the session has concluded- this may be in regards to physical body healing needs.
Sound healing
Sound healing using vibrational frequencies such as from the Solfeggio scale and Chakra to balance the body, promote healing and de-stress the body.
Session runs for 1 hour that is split into energy healing and sound healing.
Readings
Mediumship & Tarot Readings- options of in person (Fridays) or via Zoom.
This reading experience utilises your personal numerology, tarot and connection your guides and ancestral team to offer guidance and answers to any questions you may have. Palma works with psychometry (reading energy by object) so bring along any photos or personal belongings if you have someone you want to connect to specifically.
Numerology Report
A detailed numerology chart analysis that dives into the meaning of your name (and if you change your name!), life path, soul’s drive, personality, karma, year ahead and 9 year cycle. Reports can be tailored to compare the compatibility of your partner or future partner and also for business owners who want to look at new or changing business names. Reports are delivered through email within 5 business days of booking.

Womb Energy Healing
A specific energy healing sessions for shifting and healing energies associated with pregnancy loss, birth and trauma. Utilisng Ancient Egyptian energy healing for emotional release, crystal therapy and beautiful Ashati and Reiki energies to help you work through grief and physical healing. A service close to my heart that helped me through my own loss. Available for in person sessions.
Distance Energy Healing
Energies are sent through time and space so the full effects can still be received as per in-person session. Distance sessions run for 45 minutes and can be conducted over Skype or if preferred, Palma can send a text message at start and completion while you can meditate/sleep.
